Due to the digital nature of the lifetime access materials and the fact that the information is instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds.
I bought lifetime access for a prior year. Does it include this year's materials?
No, any prior purchase gives you lifetime access to the summit content for that specific year, but not to future or past summits. The summit content is all-new each year, so the lifetime access materials are different and sold separately each year.
Is this the same offer as the 2024 Lifetime Access Pass?
Not exactly. The Lifetime Access Pass included $275 worth of speaker bonuses that expired on August 31, 2024. It is no longer available. Note that if you already own the 2024 Lifetime Access Pass, you do not need to purchase this--you already have access to the video and audio downloads!
Currently, you can only purchase lifetime access to the video replays and audio downloads for the 2024 expert sessions. No bonuses are included.
How will I know how/where to watch the summit sessions?
You will receive a login to a "hub" where all of the video sessions can be found and watched whenever you want.
What is the Lifetime Access Pass?
The Lifetime Access Pass was an optional upgrade sold leading up to and during the May 2024 summit. It included lifetime access to the video sessions, audio downloads and speaker bonuses worth over $275. The speaker bonuses expired on August 31, 2024 so the Lifetime Access Pass is no longer available.
I purchased lifetime access but did not receive an email about how to access it. What do I do?
When you purchased lifetime access, we automatically generated a login for you. You should have received all of your access instructions via an email from [email protected].
